Service providers

We use trusted processors to operate the site. These may include Resend for transactional email, Stripe for hosted checkout and subscription billing, and (when enabled) an AI provider for internal lead analysis that helps us understand project requests. AI analysis is used internally and is not used to send autonomous messages to customers.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Valid's Studio does not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials on our servers.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website, process payments, send email, or fulfill your request, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as needed for business, legal, and operational purposes.

You may contact us to update inquiry details or ask questions about information we hold. Subscription billing details can be managed through Stripe's hosted Customer Portal when that path is available to you.
