By using the Valid's Studio website or purchasing services through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase services.

Services

Valid's Studio provides technology services such as websites, apps, AI setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Project-based work (including website launches, rescues, and custom apps/AI) is scoped individually and may require a separate written agreement or quote before work begins. Marketing "starting at" prices are starting points, not guarantees that every project is available at that amount.

Recurring support subscriptions

Monthly support plans such as Essential Care and Growth Support are recurring service subscriptions billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the supported billing-management method. Plan descriptions on the website summarize typical support focus areas; they are not unlimited-labor or guaranteed SLA contracts unless separately agreed in writing.

Payments

Payments for subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By completing Checkout, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan at the then-current Stripe Price configured for that plan. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive content, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The website relies on third-party providers (including Stripe and email delivery). Their terms and availability may affect parts of the service experience.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valid's Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to website use or a subscription period is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the three months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
